What changed in ProviderSignal

We read each practice's own site once a month and keep what it says it offers as dated facts: the scanner brand, implant systems, aligners, sedation, Saturday hours, financing, the payers it names, languages. Search gained a Website mentions section with an any option per family, so every practice in your territory whose site names iTero is one filter.

The pane, the practice page and the brief show the same facts with the date we read them. The score never uses the website; it stays a filter and a fact.

62,001 distinct practice websites are verified by our own fetch and re-checked monthly; 167,594 provider rows carry one, since a practice's dentists share its site. A practice record now opens with the domain and the line that says when and how we confirmed it, before the status and confidence tiles.

One email, three parts, in the order you work: what is new in your saved searches since the last email, the new practices in your territory in the dashboard's own order, then the week in numbers. Anything you have already marked as worked, and your CRM list, stay out of it. Daily is open to every Rep plan in Settings.

The list and a docked reading pane sit side by side, so a row opens without leaving the queue. The Filters sheet now leads with the quick filters for your rep type, and the page remembers your last filters, state and columns per browser. The practice's verified website is one click from the row and leads the pane.
